CD71抗原（亦称转铁蛋白受体1、TfR、sTfR、p90、TfR1、Trfr等）属于肽酶M28家族M28B亚家族成员。该分子含有一个蛋白酶相关结构域（PA结构域），在转铁蛋白向细胞递送铁的过程中起关键介导作用，并被视为人类白血病与淋巴瘤治疗的潜在新靶点。CD71/TFRC/TfR受体分子可与γ-氨基丁酸受体相关蛋白（GABARAP）及遗传性血色素沉着症蛋白（HFE）发生相互作用。
