Description：Terlipressin的序列是在赖氨酸加压素基础上增加了三个Gly，是由12个氨基酸组成的多肽环状多肽，因此在临床表现上，Terlipressin在体内经过酶的降解作用产生活性代谢物，主要活性代谢物为赖氨酸加压素，所以Terlipressin的起效速度较慢，但药效的持续时间较长。而Terlipressin的代谢产物：赖氨酸加压素会在肝脏、肾脏和其它组织中被进一步降解。
