Description：Pentagastrin是由5个氨基酸组成的小分子多肽，肽链的N端由Boc封闭。以Pentagastrin为主要原料的药物能促进胃酸、胃蛋白酶及内因子的分泌，其促胃酸分泌作用相当于内源性胃泌素的1/4，作用可持续10-40分钟。临床上Pentagastrin主要用于胃酸分泌机能的检查。

Pentagastrin is a small molecule peptide composed of 5 amino acids, with the N-terminus of the peptide chain blocked by Boc. Medications mainly made from Pentagastrin can promote the secretion of gastric acid, pepsin, and endogenous factors. Its gastric acid secretion promoting effect is equivalent to 1/4 of endogenous gastrin, and the effect can last for 10-40 minutes. Pentagastrin is mainly used clinically for the examination of gastric acid secretion function.
