CD71抗原（亦称转铁蛋白受体1、TfR、sTfR、p90、TfR1、Trfr）属于肽酶M28家族中的M28B亚家族。该蛋白包含一个PA（蛋白酶相关）结构域，主要负责介导转铁蛋白向细胞内的铁离子转运。在人类白血病及淋巴瘤治疗中，CD71/TfR1被确认为潜在新靶点。研究证实CD71/TFRC/TfR可与GABARAP及HFE蛋白发生相互作用。
