**Background of UPP1 Antibody**

Uridine phosphorylase 1 (UPP1) is an enzyme encoded by the *UPP1* gene, primarily involved in pyrimidine metabolism by catalyzing the reversible phosphorylation of uridine to uracil and ribose-1-phosphate.
