The HLA-B7 antibody is associated with the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecule HLA-B7. a key component of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) involved in immune regulation. HLA-B7 is a cell surface glycoprotein responsible for presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells, triggering immune responses against infected or abnormal cells.
