Tin2 antibody is a research tool targeting the TRF1-interacting nuclear protein 2 (Tin2), a key component of the shelterin complex that regulates telomere length and stability. Tin2 acts as a scaffold, binding TRF1 and TPP1 through its N- and C-terminal domains, respectively, to mediate telomere protection and DNA damage response.
