Radixin is a cytoskeletal protein belonging to the ERM (Ezrin, Radixin, Moesin) family, which plays a critical role in linking the plasma membrane to the actin cytoskeleton, maintaining cell shape, and regulating cell adhesion and motility. Radixin antibodies are essential tools in biomedical research for detecting and studying the expression, localization, and function of Radixin in various tissues and cellular contexts. These antibodies are widely used in techniques such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence to explore Radixin's involvement in dynamic cellular processes, including membrane protrusion formation, cell polarization, and junctional complex assembly.
