The RAPGEF1 antibody is a key tool for studying the Ras-associated protein Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1 (RAPGEF1), also known as C3G (CRK complex component). RAPGEF1 is a member of the RapGEF family and functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that activates Rap GTPases by promoting the exchange of GDP for GTP. This protein plays critical roles in intracellular signaling pathways regulating cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and differentiation.
