DUSP3 (Dual Specificity Phosphatase 3), also known as Vaccinia H1-related phosphatase (VHR), is a member of the dual-specificity phosphatase family. It regulates mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways by dephosphorylating critical tyrosine and threonine residues on ERK, JNK, and p38 kinases.
