RUNX antibodies (RUNX1. RUNX2. RUNX3) are essential tools for studying the RUNX family of transcription factors, which play critical roles in development, differentiation, and disease. RUNX proteins bind DNA through a conserved Runt domain and regulate target genes by interacting with co-factors like CBFβ.
