CYP19A1 antibody targets the cytochrome P450 family 19 subfamily A member 1 (CYP19A1), also known as aromatase, a key enzyme responsible for converting androgens like testosterone into estrogens (estradiol, estrone). This enzyme plays a critical role in steroid hormone biosynthesis, influencing reproductive function, bone health, and metabolic processes.
