**Background of TRPT1 Antibody**

TRPT1 (tRNA 2'-O-ribosylphosphate transferase 1), also known as PTH2. is an evolutionarily conserved enzyme involved in post-transcriptional modification of transfer RNA (tRNA). It catalyzes the 2'-O-ribosylation of specific tRNA nucleotides, a critical step for maintaining tRNA stability, structural integrity, and translational fidelity.
