The LIN37 antibody is a valuable tool for studying the LIN37 protein, a conserved component of the DREAM (DP, RB-like, E2F, and MuvB) complex critical for cell cycle regulation and transcriptional repression. LIN37. first identified in *Caenorhabditis elegans* as part of developmental pathways, plays a role in controlling cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis by modulating E2F target genes during the G0/G1 phase. In humans, LIN37 interacts with other DREAM subunits to regulate cell cycle-dependent gene expression, maintaining genomic stability and tissue homeostasis. Dysregulation of LIN37 has been implicated in cancers, developmental disorders, and aging-related pathologies.
