名称	Beclomethasone 17-propionate
描述	Beclomethasone 17-propionate is a glucocorticoid that is the active metabolite of Beclomethasone dipropionate (BDP). As a glucocorticoid receptor (GR) agonist, 17-BMP has a 13-fold higher affinity than BDP and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as CXCL8, TNF-α, and IL-6, thus exerting an anti-inflammatory effect, and it is mainly used in the treatment of asthma and allergic rhinitis.
体外活性	Beclomethasone 17-propionate对 IL-6、TNFα 和 CXCL8 的 EC50 值分别为 0.05 nM、0.01 nM 和 0.1 nM。[3]
