The ARMC10 (Armadillo Repeat Containing 10) protein is a relatively understudied member of the Armadillo (ARM) repeat-containing protein family, characterized by tandem repeats of ~40 amino acid motifs that mediate protein-protein interactions. ARMC10 is evolutionarily conserved and ubiquitously expressed across tissues, with emerging roles in mitochondrial dynamics, cellular metabolism, and apoptosis. Studies suggest its involvement in regulating mitochondrial morphology through interactions with fusion/fission machinery, though its precise molecular mechanisms remain unclear. Dysregulation of ARMC10 has been implicated in cancer progression, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target.

ARMC10 antibodies are essential tools for investigating its expression, localization, and function. These antibodies, typically developed in rabbit or mouse hosts, enable applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP). Validation data often include reactivity checks across species (human, mouse, rat) and knockdown/knockout controls to confirm specificity.
