The IFRD1 (Interferon-Related Developmental Regulator 1) antibody is a tool used to detect the IFRD1 protein, a member of the interferon-related developmental regulator family. IFRD1. also known as PC4 or TIS7. is encoded by the *IFRD1* gene and plays roles in cellular differentiation, tissue development, and immune response regulation. It is expressed in various tissues, including the nervous system, muscles, and immune cells, and is implicated in processes like neurogenesis, myogenesis, and inflammation. Studies suggest IFRD1 interacts with histone deacetylases (HDACs) and modulates transcriptional activity, influencing cell cycle progression and apoptosis.

The IFRD1 antibody is widely utilized in research to investigate its involvement in diseases.
