**Background of MAPK8IP3 Antibody**

MAPK8IP3 (Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase 8 Interacting Protein 3), also known as JIP3 or JSAP1. is a scaffold protein that regulates the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling pathway. It interacts with JNK, upstream kinases, and other signaling components to modulate cellular responses to stress, apoptosis, inflammation, and neuronal development.
