The diacylglycerol kinase delta (DGKD) antibody is a crucial tool for studying DGKD, a lipid-metabolizing enzyme belonging to the diacylglycerol kinase (DGK) family. DGKD catalyzes the conversion of diacylglycerol (DAG) to phosphatidic acid (PA), regulating lipid-mediated signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Specifically, DGKD modulates DAG-PA balance, which influences key processes like T-cell receptor signaling, neuronal development, and cancer progression.
