**Background of LASP1 Antibody**

LASP1 (LIM and SH3 protein 1) is a multifunctional adaptor protein encoded by the *LASP1* gene, initially identified in metastatic breast cancer. It contains an N-terminal LIM domain and a C-terminal SH3 domain, enabling interactions with cytoskeletal components (e.g., actin, zyxin) and signaling molecules. LASP1 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation by linking membrane receptors to the actin cytoskeleton.
