NUDCD3 (NudC domain-containing protein 3) is a relatively understudied protein implicated in cellular processes such as cytoskeletal organization, cell migration, and intracellular trafficking. It belongs to the NudC protein family, which shares homology with the Aspergillus nidulans NudC protein involved in nuclear migration. NUDCD3 is believed to interact with molecular motors and signaling pathways, potentially influencing mitotic progression and cell cycle regulation. Dysregulation of NUDCD3 has been tentatively linked to cancer progression, neurodevelopmental disorders, and ciliopathies, though its exact mechanistic roles remain unclear.

NUDCD3 antibodies are essential tools for investigating the protein's expression, localization, and function. These antibodies are commonly used in techniques like Western blotting, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry to detect endogenous NUDCD3 in various biological samples. Commercial NUDCD3 antibodies are typically developed in rabbit or mouse hosts using immunogens derived from human NUDCD3 sequences.
