The RAC3 antibody is designed to target Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 3 (RAC3), a small GTPase belonging to the Rho family. RAC3. also known as RhoGTPase RAC3 or ARPC3. plays a critical role in regulating intracellular signaling pathways that govern cell motility, cytoskeletal reorganization, and gene expression. It cycles between an active GTP-bound state and an inactive GDP-bound state, interacting with downstream effectors to modulate processes like cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Dysregulation of RAC3 has been implicated in various pathologies, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and immune dysfunction. For instance, RAC3 overexpression is linked to tumor invasion, metastasis, and therapy resistance in cancers like breast and colorectal cancer.

RAC3 antibodies are essential tools for studying its expression, localization, and functional mechanisms in both physiological and disease contexts. They are widely used in techniques such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence to quantify protein levels or assess activation states.
