The ARHGEF3 antibody is a research tool designed to detect and study the ARHGEF3 protein, a member of the Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor (RhoGEF) family. ARHGEF3. also known as XPLN, regulates Rho GTPase signaling by activating RhoA and RhoB, which are critical for cytoskeletal dynamics, cell adhesion, and motility. This protein contains a DH (Dbl homology) domain responsible for catalyzing GTP/GDP exchange and a PH (pleckstrin homology) domain involved in membrane targeting.
