**Background of TAT Antibody**

TAT (Tetanus Antitoxin) antibodies are immunoglobulins developed to neutralize the potent neurotoxin produced by *Clostridium tetani*, the bacterium responsible for tetanus. This toxin, tetanospasmin, disrupts neurotransmitter release, causing severe muscle spasms and potentially fatal respiratory failure.
