The Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling 2 (SOCS2) antibody is a key tool for studying the SOCS2 protein, a member of the SOCS family that regulates cytokine signaling pathways, particularly the JAK-STAT cascade. SOCS2 contains a central SH2 domain and a C-terminal SOCS-box, enabling interactions with phosphorylated tyrosine residues and E3 ubiquitin ligase components, respectively.
