**Background of PAK6 Antibody**

The p21-activated kinase 6 (PAK6) is a serine/threonine kinase belonging to the PAK family, which comprises six members divided into two groups (Group I: PAK1-3; Group II: PAK4-6). PAK6. encoded by the *PAK6* gene, is primarily regulated by binding to Rho-family GTPases like Cdc42 and Rac. It plays roles in cytoskeletal reorganization, cell motility, transcriptional regulation, and signaling pathways, including MAPK and Wnt/β-catenin cascades. PAK6 is highly expressed in the brain, testes, and prostate, and has been implicated in neurological disorders, cancer progression, and androgen receptor signaling.
