The IRAK1BP1 (Interleukin-1 Receptor-Associated Kinase 1 Binding Protein 1) antibody is a tool used to detect and study the IRAK1BP1 protein, which plays a regulatory role in innate immune signaling pathways. IRAK1BP1. also known as SIMPL (STAT-interacting MAPK pathway-associated protein), interacts with components of the interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R) and Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling cascades, particularly modulating NF-κB activation.
