**Background of RAC2 Antibody**

RAC2 (Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 2) is a small GTPase belonging to the Rho family, primarily expressed in hematopoietic cells, including neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes. It plays a critical role in regulating cellular processes such as cytoskeletal reorganization, cell migration, phagocytosis, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. RAC2 cycles between an inactive GDP-bound state and an active GTP-bound state, interacting with downstream effectors to mediate signaling pathways involved in immune response and inflammation.

RAC2 antibodies are immunological tools designed to detect and quantify RAC2 protein expression in research and diagnostic applications. These antibodies are widely used in techniques like Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC), flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence (IF) to study RAC2's role in immune cell function and disease mechanisms.
