IKBKE (Inhibitor of Nuclear Factor Kappa B Kinase Subunit Epsilon), also known as IKKε, is a serine/threonine kinase belonging to the IKK-related kinase family. It plays a critical role in regulating innate immune responses, particularly through the activation of signaling pathways such as NF-κB and IRF3. which are essential for antiviral defense and inflammatory regulation.
