**Background of PELP1 Antibody**

PELP1 (Proline-, Glutamic acid-, and Leucine-rich Protein 1), also known as PHF20. is a scaffolding protein involved in transcriptional regulation, signal transduction, and epigenetic modifications. It interacts with nuclear receptors (e.g., estrogen receptor, ER) and chromatin-modifying complexes, acting as a coactivator to regulate hormone-responsive gene expression.
