Rab13. a member of the Rab GTPase family, regulates intracellular vesicle trafficking and membrane dynamics, particularly in processes like cell-cell junction assembly, cell polarity, and protein transport. It plays critical roles in epithelial and endothelial cell functions, influencing cancer metastasis, cell migration, and tight junction dynamics. Dysregulation of Rab13 is linked to pathological conditions, including cancer progression and neurological disorders.

Rab13 antibodies are essential tools for detecting and studying the expression, localization, and function of Rab13 in biological systems. These antibodies are commonly used in techniques such as Western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). They are often generated against specific epitopes, such as the N-terminal or C-terminal regions of Rab13. and may target active (GTP-bound) or inactive (GDP-bound) conformations.
