     Immunohistochemical analysis of P34776 on paraffin-embedded Mouse testis tissue.   Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde at room temperature.   Heat induced epitope retrieval was performed by EDTA buffer (pH9.  0).   Samples were incubated with primary antibody(1:100) for 1 hour at room temperature.   Undiluted CRF Anti-Polyvalent HRP Polymer antibody was used as the secondary antibody.    

  
  

UBE2I antibody targets the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2I (UBE2I), also known as UBC9. a critical component in the SUMOylation pathway. UBE2I specifically catalyzes the transfer of SUMO from the E1 activating enzyme to target substrates, often interacting with E3 ligases for substrate specificity.
