The MAPK3 antibody is a crucial tool for studying the mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 (MAPK3), also known as extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1 (ERK1). MAPK3 is a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family, part of the conserved MAPK signaling cascade involved in regulating cellular responses to growth factors, stress, and cytokines.
