It activates signaling pathways such as adenylate cyclase (AC) - cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) - protein kinase A (PKA) and phospholipase C (PLC) - inositol trisphosphate (IP3) - diacylglycerol (DAG). In the body, it participates in the regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, acts on bones and kidneys to maintain balance. It may also play a role in the activities of tumor cells, and the mechanism is related to the abnormal signaling pathways in tumor cells and the changes in the tumor microenvironment.
