GJ-101 Stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide(GJ-101)
General Description
Highly chelation to heavy metal ions to prevent the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide owing to catalysis of metal ions or high temperature and strong base. The bleached fabric has satisfactory whiteness, strength and handle, no silicate is formed.It can be applied in cotton, linen, polyester and blended fabrics by alkali-peroxide one-bath process, cold pad-batch process and conventional peroxide bleaching process.

Application methods
Adding GJ-101 to water with stirring, followed by adding caustic soda, scouring aids and the remainder water. Dosage of GJ-101 depends on the caustic soda concentration, normally 10-50g/L caustic soda needs 8-15g/L GJ-101, in conventional peroxide bleaching, 3-4g/L GJ-101 is enough, practical dosage depends on trials.


Safety Notes
Stored at room temperature, validity for 6 months, once appears the following phenomena, such as a small amount of precipitation or frozen, measures of stirring or melt before application can be adopted, which will exert no influence on the properties.
