EdU细胞示踪标记 不论何种细胞移植,观察其治疗机制如分化、迁移、存活、体内分布等各种医学证据都离不开细胞示踪标记技术。细胞示踪标记效果的好坏直接关系到体外、体内示踪的效果。EdU能竞争性地渗入正在复制的DNA分子,从而达到标记分裂细胞的目的,EdU标记简单快速,检测时无需DNA变性,无需抗体,能够准确反映细胞示踪。
