描述	3-(2-Pyridyldithio)propanoic Acid is a heterobifunctional crosslinker containing a disulfide bond and a carboxyl group, belonging to the alkyl chain class of PROTAC linkers. It is primarily used as a PROTAC linker and protein crosslinking agent. The disulfide bond (-S-S-) in 3-(2-Pyridyldithio)propanoic Acid has a pyridyl group on one side that can react with thiols (-SH) and release pyridine-2-thione, while the other side is a carboxyl group.
体外活性	PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
