名称	Isosaponarin
描述	Isosaponarin is a natural product with multiple activities. It inhibits the increase in Ca2+ levels induced by 4-aminopyridine in rat synaptosomes without affecting the membrane potential of synaptosomes, while reducing the phosphorylation of PKC, PKCα, SNAP-25, and MARCKS, thereby inhibiting the release of glutamate from vesicles in synaptosomes.
体外活性	方法：在人类成纤维细胞中，使用 0.001–0.1 μg/mL 浓度的 Isosaponarin 处理 24 小时，评估其对胶原蛋白合成及相关蛋白表达的影响。结果： Isosaponarin 促进了胶原蛋白的合成，这一效果与 TβR-II 和 P4H 产量的上调密切相关。[1]
体内活性	方法：对6周龄雌性ICR小鼠口服给予单次50 mg/kg剂量的Isosaponarin，研究其在肠道中的代谢情况及体内吸收与排泄。结果： Isosaponarin在肠道内代谢为Isovitexin，且大部分未被吸收，通过粪便排出体外。[2]
