名称(E,E)-Farnesyl Pyrophosphate ammonium salt
描述Farnesyl Pyrophosphate ammonium (Farnesyl diphosphate ammonium) is a metabolic intermediate of the MVA pathway that acts as a newly identified danger signal to trigger acute cell death and induce neuronal loss in stroke.
体外活性方法：用 Farnesyl pyrophosphate（15 μg/mL 和 30 μg/mL） 处理 B 细胞系 A20 细胞、小鼠肥大细胞瘤细胞系P815、Jurkat T 细胞系、原代脾细胞和原代胸腺细胞后，对核膜和质膜进行了染色，以通过共聚焦显微镜捕捉 FPP 处理后的形态变化。 结果：添加Farnesyl pyrophosphate后5分钟内，P815细胞开始细胞质肿胀，并随着时间的推移而增加，直到最终质膜破裂。[1]
