描述	Bis-PEG4-sulfonic acid is a water-soluble bifunctional PEG linker whose molecular structure contains a flexible polyethylene glycol chain consisting of 4 ethylene glycol units, with a sulfonic acid group (-SO₃H) attached to each end. Bis-PEG4-sulfonic acid is primarily used for bioconjugation and material modification; the PEG chain improves water solubility and biocompatibility of compounds, while the sulfonic acid groups can introduce ionic properties or serve as reactive sites.
体外活性	PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
