Bioactivity

名称Glucosylsphingosine
描述Glucosylsphingosine (Lyso-Gb1) is a naturally occurring glycosyl ceramide, a metabolite of GBA (acid β-glucosidase), involved in cellular recognition, signaling, and intercellular interactions.Glucopsychosine accumulates in certain neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., Gaucher disease), disrupts lysosomal function through activation of mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1), and is a noncompetitive inhibitor of glucocerebrosidase.
体外活性方法：Glucosylsphingosine (20-45 μM, 48 小时) 处理MCF7 细胞，PI和 Hoechst-33342 染色测定细胞死亡。 结果：Glucosylsphingosine可独立于细胞凋亡、铁死亡和坏死性凋亡而杀死 MCF7 细胞，并且以剂量依赖性方式诱导细胞死亡，其LC50为 33 μM.[4]
体内活性方法：Glucosylsphingosine （10 mg/kg， 皮下注射，每日，连续 12 周）处理成年雄性 C57BL/6JRj 小鼠，观察小鼠体内的炎症变化。 结果：Glucosylsphingosine 在外周组织中积累并诱导小鼠血液学症状，例如血红蛋白和血细胞比容降低、脾脏重量增加和轻微的炎症组织反应，表明其诱导了小鼠内脏的炎症反应。[6]
