名称	Cadonilimab
描述	Cadonilimab (AK104) is a tetravalent PD-1/CTLA-4 bispecific humanised antibody that activates T cells by enhancing IL-2 and IFN-γ secretion while reducing pro-inflammatory cytokine secretion (e.g., IL-6, IL-8). It offers low toxicity and high affinity, making it suitable for metastatic cervical, gastric, hepatic, and pulmonary cancers, pancreatic cancer, and oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
体内活性	方法：采用NCG小鼠皮下异种移植模型（MGC803细胞系），通过腹腔注射给予Cadonilimab。剂量安排如下：前三次剂量为1 mg/kg（从分组后第4天开始，每周两次，连续三周），后六次剂量为5 mg/kg（每周两次，连续六周）。结果：Cadonilimab与化疗联合使用时显示出显著的抗肿瘤效果，但单独使用时效果有限。[1]
