描述	Skp2 inhibitor 2 (14f) is a small-molecule inhibitor of the F-box protein S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (Skp2), exhibiting an IC50 value of 10.2 μM against the Skp2-Cks1 complex. Skp2 inhibitor 2 (14f) targets Skp2, a component of cullin-RING ligases responsible for substrate recruitment and ubiquitination during both proteolytic and non-proteolytic cellular processes. The biochemical activity of Skp2 inhibitor 2 (14f) supports the application of Skp2 inhibitor 2 (14f) in research investigating ubiquitin-mediated signaling pathways, cell-cycle regulation, protein turnover mechanisms, and cancer-associated molecular networks.
