名称	Dihydrocytochalasin B
描述	Dihydrocytochalasin B (H2CB) is a cell division inhibitor that prevents cytokinesis, alters cell morphology, disrupts actin structures in Swiss/3T3 mouse fibroblasts, and inhibits DNA synthesis induced by serum growth factors in quiescent cultures. Low doses of H2CB lead to cell rounding and the loss of actin microfilament bundles.
体外活性	Dihydrocytochalasin B （2-10 X 10（-7） M）破坏 Swiss/3T3 小鼠成纤维细胞的肌动蛋白结构，并抑制血清生长因子在静止培养物中刺激 DNA 合成的能力。低剂量的 H2CB 会导致细胞变圆和肌动蛋白微丝束的丢失，但它们不会干扰葡萄糖或胸苷转运。[1] Dihydrocytochalasin B 在不刺激胶原蛋白合成的情况下增强转化生长因子-β 诱导的分化软骨细胞表型的再表达。[2] Dihydrocytochalasin B （25 μg/mL）抑制肠道吸收细胞活性钙转运并导致粘膜刮片中 Ca 浓度增加。[3] Dihydrocytochalasin B 抑制 P388/ADR 白血病细胞系的 IC50 和 IC80 分别为 28 μM 和 48 μM 。[4]
体内活性	Dihydrocytochalasin B （10 μM）对斑马鱼没有毒性。 Dihydrocytochalasin B 在小鼠中的毒性比细胞松弛素 D 低 20 倍。[5]
