名称	MitoPerOx
描述	MitoPerOx is a mitochondrial-targeted lipid peroxidation fluorescent probe and ratio probe derived from the C11-BODIPY 581/591 probe. Its maximum excitation wavelength is 495 nm. with its maximum emission wavelength shifting from 590 nm to 520 nm upon lipid peroxidation. It can be measured via fluorescence, confocal microscopy, and epifluorescence live-cell imaging.
体外活性	一、溶液配制 1.母液配制：将MitoPerOx 使用DMSO溶液配置成（1-10mM）母液，保存时请置于-20℃~-80℃，避光分装，避免反复冻融。 2.工作液配置：用 PBS 或纯的DMEM将母液稀释至 100 nM-1 µM待用，请根据您的实验要求对母液进行稀释。二、MitoPerOx 检测实验步骤 1.将细胞（如 HEK293细胞）接种于 35 mm 培养皿的盖玻片上，于 37 °C、5% CO2 条件的培养箱中进行培养。 2.向培养基中加入 100 nM MitoPerOx，避光 37 °C 孵育 30 min。 3.弃去培养基，用 PBS 洗涤细胞 3 次。 4.在 Hepes-Tris 缓冲液中加入 500 μM H2O2，处理细胞时间约为 15-30 min。 5.使用共聚焦显微镜 (激发波长 488 nm) 采集 520 nm (氧化态) 和 590 nm (还原态) 的发射光，通过计算 520/590 nm 比率量化脂质过氧化程度。以上信息均来源于已发表文献，具体实验方案请根据实际研究需求进行适当调整。
