名称	LG100268
描述	LG100268 is a potent, selective, and orally active retinoid X receptor (RXR) agonist that agonizes RXR-α, RXR-β, and RXR-γ at the nanomolar level, selectively exceeding the RAR by three orders of magnitude.LG100268 is capable of inducing transcriptional activation in adipocytes; affecting the RXRs and their chaperone receptor, Foxl2/Dmrt1, to induce flounder masculinization in juvenile flounder; inhibits keratin 17 expression in nigrostriatal epithelial cells; and increases PD-L1 expression in HER2 or triple-negative breast cancer.
体外活性	方法：LG100268（100 nM-1 μM，24 小时）处理 RAW264.7 细胞， WB检测蛋白水平变化。结果：LG100268可以使RAW264.7 细胞中 CSF3 下调， CXCL2 和 IL-1β mRNA 表达降低 2.5 倍。[6]
体内活性	方法：为了预防浸润性乳腺癌，MMTV-erbB2 小鼠从 3 月龄开始长期用载体、LG100268 （10 mg/kg）或 LG100268 （100 mg/kg）胃管饲法治疗。对于浸润前病变研究，小鼠每日胃管饲法载体或 LG100268 （100 mg/kg）治疗 4 个月。结果：长期 LG100268 治疗可显著预防浸润性乳腺肿瘤的发生。肿瘤发生的中位时间（年龄）从载体组的 217 天延迟到低剂量组的 357 天。在高剂量组中，20 只小鼠中只有 2 只在治疗 430 天后发生肿瘤。[5]
