Bioactivity

名称	CHPG sodium salt
描述	CHPG sodium salt is a selective agonist of mGluR5 and activates the ERK and Akt signaling pathways. CHPG sodium salt can be used in studies about traumatic brain injury.
体外活性	After the treatment of SO2 derivatives, CHPG sodium salt (10-500 µM) increases the cell viability and decreases the release of LDH. CHPG sodium salt (0.5 mM) prevents SO2-induced apoptosis and increases the expression of TSG-6 through TSG-6/NF-κB pathway in BV2 cells[1].
体内活性	In Sprague-Dawley male rats, injection of CHPG sodium salt (250 nM) reduces the cerebral lesion volume significantly[2].
