描述	Curculigoside B is a naturally occurring phenolic compound traditionally used in Asian to protect against osteoporosis and maintaining skeletal integrity. Curculigoside B exerts antioxidant, anti-aging, immunomodulatory, and anti-inflammatory functions, while effectively preventing pathological bone loss, establishing this compound as a validated osteoprotective therapeutic candidate of increasing interest in research.
体外活性	从Curculigo兰类分离出的六种酚类化合物，包括2,6-dimethoxy benzoic acid（1）、Curculigoside A（2）、Curculigoside B（3）、Curculigoside A（4）、Cucurigigine D（5）和3,3',5,5'-tetramethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxylignan-4,4'-di-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside（6），六种化合物均增加了成骨细胞增殖，化合物（1）、（2）和（4）也略微增加成骨细胞ALP活性。化合物（1）、（2）、（3）、（6）和乙醇提取物减少了骨吸收坑面积、破骨细胞形成和TRAP活性 [1]。
