名称Protein deglycase DJ-1 against-1
描述Protein deglycase DJ-1 against-1 (compound 23) is able to penetrate the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and bind to the C106 region of the DJ-1 protein, preventing DJ-1 over-oxidation to enhance cellular resistance to oxidative stress, thereby restoring neuronal cellular observed in a neurotoxin MPTP-induced model of Parkinson's disease (PD) death and motor deficits.
体内活性在 MPTP 诱导的帕金森小鼠模型中，腹腔注射 compound-23（1 mg/kg，连续 4 天）可改善运动障碍，保护多巴胺能神经元并恢复多巴胺水平；但在 Protein deglycase DJ-1 against-1 缺失小鼠中无效，表明其作用依赖于 Protein deglycase DJ-1 against-1 蛋白[1]。
