描述	GNE-5729 is a positive allosteric modulator of NMDAR with the advantage of crossing the blood-brain barrier and being orally available, with EC50 values of 37 nM, 4.7 μM and 9.5 μM for GluN2A, GluN2C and GluN2D, respectively, and can be used for the study of neurological and psychiatric disorders.
体外活性	GNE-5729 是一种可透过血脑屏障的 NMDA 受体正变构调节剂，能选择性增强 GluN2A 亚型的活性（EC₅₀ = 37 nM），而对 GluN2C 和 GluN2D 的激活效应较弱（EC₅₀ 分别为 4.7 μM 和 9.5 μM）[1]。
